La Commune, visual identity

The studio has fully redesigned the visual identity of Aubervilliers national art center for theatre [Centre dramatique national] in 2014, when Marie-José Malis and Frédéric Sacard took its direction. For this complete redesign of identity, we chose to name the place in its intirety («La Commune», «Centre dramatique national» and «Aubervilliers»), exclusively composed in Dada Grotesk. This signature forms a single block, or can also spread out depending on the media. In the case of posters, this typographic frame offers a large space of expression, allowing a specific graphic interpretation for each play.
